Themes at WP Theme Market are listed with one of three license options that the theme devloper has chosen, let's check them out.

• SINGLE/PRO: Purchase a single license by default and use the theme on a single domain. Upgrade to a pro license and use the theme on multiple domains.
• FREE: Themes are free to download and use as long as link back to authors site remains in themes footer. Upgrade a free theme to remove any links to the authors website.
• UNIQUE: Unique themes are purchased only once, so you are buying complete rights to the theme.
